Here at&#xA0;Red&#xA0;we have a couple of options when it comes to delivery choices.&#xA0;If you order before 2pm then you will be able to get Next Day Delivery.&#xA0;

For orders received after 2pm GMT on a Friday or Public Holiday, orders will be dispatched on the next working day.

For orders over &#xA3;75 in value, we provide DPD Next Day Delivery free of charge.
Remote locations&#xA0;- unfortunately due to the complexity of shipping to remote areas of the UK we are unable to provide next day shipping, but orders will usually be with you within 2-3 days depending on courier services.

We encourage you to provide your mobile number when you check out, so you can receive notifications from DPD or Royal Mail and monitor or make changes to your delivery, your number will not be used for anything else.

When will my order arrive?

If you&apos;ve placed an order on our website and would like to change it, that&apos;s never a problem. If it&apos;s urgent, and you realised this as soon as the order was made then please feel free to call us here at Red HQ customer services helpline between 9am-5pm&#xA0;on 01803 896847&#xA0;and we will do our very best to intercept your order before it goes out.&#xA0;&#x2028;
If it&apos;s been a little while longer and you realised that your order is not what you&apos;d intended on placing,&#xA0;and&#xA0;has already left the building and is on its way to you, then you&apos;ll need to sit tight, wait for it to arrive and then proceed with&#xA0;our&#xA0;returns process.&#xA0;You&#x2019;ll then be able to return it and swap it out for the correct item you want.

Can I amend or cancel my order?

Once you&#x2019;ve placed your order, you will receive tracking information via SMS or email depending on what details you include on the order.&#xA0;

Can I track my order? How?

Yes,&#xA0;if your order is being delivered to a registered&#xA0; BFPO address outside of the UK, we will be able to process a refund for VAT.
To do this you will need to get in touch with our&#xA0;support team&#xA0;with your order number and full address.

It may be that our delivery service have experienced some trouble with delivery. We always recommend checking your tracking information as it may be that your parcel has been delivered to a post office/ collect shop nearby.

My order has not arrived - what do I do?

We have tried to make this process as simple as possible; just head over to our <a href="https://returnsportal.co/version-live/r/red-equipment?s=1&amp;lang=">Returns Portal</a> and fill out the prompts with your details, and then follow the instructions.&#xA0;You will then get emailed your chosen label, with information on how to use it and the next steps. If you do come across any problems or would like some extra help with this, please let our friendly customer services team know by email team@red-equipment.co.uk or calling 01803 896847.

How can I return an order?

For orders over &#xA3;75, returns are free! For all orders under the threshold, the returns fee of &#xA3;4.95 will be deducted from your refund.&#xA0;If you are sending your order back to us using your own method, please remember to send your package by recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit to us. 
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.&#xA0;If you took advantage of a promotion including free items (for example buy X get Y free, or free X with Y) then the free items must also be returned.&#xA0;If you fail to return your free gift you will be charged for the free items that you have received.

Are there any charges for returns?

You can return your items within 30 days of placing your order.
Clothing should be unworn, unwashed and in its original packaging with its labelling intact and attached still to the product.
Equipment should be un-used and with its original packaging and / or labelling intact and attached to the product.&#xA0;
Items which don&apos;t have the labelling&#xA0; attached to the product will incur a 10% reconditioning charge which we will notify you after inspection of your return. If we do not hear back from you within 4 days of contact we will return the items to you.&#xA0;
Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable as standalone items. 
All items are inspected before a refund is processed.
Items deemed to be in a poor condition will either be returned to you, or if they can be reconditioned you will receive a charge for this. 
If any item returned breaches any of the terms outlined in this policy, we reserve the right to return the item back to you in the same condition it was received in.

Yes, we now offer exchanges through our Returns portal! Just select this option once you select the item you want to exchange, and follow the prompts for what size you would like to change it to. At the moment the portal doesn&#x2019;t offer the option to select a different colour, but if you get in touch with us we should be able to accomodate this for you (depending on stock).

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment. Funds can take up to 10 working days to appear into your account.
