Are there any charges for returns?Updated a year ago

For orders over £75, returns are free! For all orders under the threshold, the returns fee of £4.95 will be deducted from your refund. 

If you are sending your order back to us using your own method, please remember to send your package by recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit to us.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. 

If you took advantage of a promotion including free items (for example buy X get Y free, or free X with Y) then the free items must also be returned. 

If you fail to return your free gift you will be charged for the free items that you have received.
