If you've placed an order on our website and would like to change it, that's never a problem. If it's urgent, and you realised this as soon as the order was made then please feel free to call us here at Red HQ customer services helpline between 9am-5pm on 01803 896847 and we will do our very best to intercept your order before it goes out.
If it's been a little while longer and you realised that your order is not what you'd intended on placing, and has already left the building and is on its way to you, then you'll need to sit tight, wait for it to arrive and then proceed with our returns process. You’ll then be able to return it and swap it out for the correct item you want.
