How long is the returns window for Christmas gifts?Updated a year ago
Any orders placed after the 1st of November 2023 can be returned up until the 30th of January 2024. If you would like to return your product please head to the returns page here; https://red-equipment.co.uk/a/returns and follow the steps. Products that have been purchased as a gift can be returned with the original gift receipt.
