Where can you store your belongings when out paddling?

When heading out onto the water, one of the biggest concerns is what to do with your personal belongings. Keep all those essential items close to hand without the fear of them getting lost, damaged or stolen.

Storing Personal Belongings

The clips on some Deck Bags can be a little firm if used in the traditional way. A small adjustment in technique makes them very useable, especially when your hands are cold. If you have a 2021/2022 Red Paddle Co Paddle Board, the flat bungee straps are designed to hold the deck bag on the board as well so you don&apos;t need to use the LTS clips if you don&apos;t want to.
The LTS clips are however still easy to use with a slightly different technique, just follow the below simple steps. 
To Attach
Step 1: Push the clip on as usual. 
Step 2: Tighten the side straps to secure the bag &amp; away you go.  
To remove:
Step 3: Release tension on side straps
Step 4: Push the gate of the clip out to the side so it springs up and on to the top of the clip. Push gate to the side of the clip hook and upwards so the gate sits on the top of the clip hook. The gate is now outside or on top of the clip hook, not underneath or inside it

How to securely roll your Dry Bag to ensure the contents stay nice and dry.

Our Red Original roll top dry bags are a great solution for keeping a whole host of gear dry no matter where your adventure may be! They keep the contents dry through the use of a simple roll (or perhaps two or three depending on how full it is) and secured with a firm clip. This traps air inside the bag and leaves no wiggle room for water to creep in. Simply hold onto each side of the dry bag and fold as many times as you would like, you may like to use the &apos;1, 2, 3&apos; print on the bag as a guide for this.
Our dry bags come with a comfortable padded strap, that can be attached using the D-rings on each side of the bag, which helps with carrying the bag. This can be detached and placed inside of the bag when paddling if you wouldn&apos;t like the strap to get wet when out on the water

How to secure a Cool Bag to your board for adventures.

Our Red Original coolbag attaches securely to the deck of your board with our unique tensioning system, making it a breeze to take with you on even the longest of adventures.
1. Firstly, centrally position your Cool Bag on the front of your board and unhook the clips
2. Connect all four clips to the Cargo Point D-Rings located on the front of the board
3. Apply tension to the cord by adjusting its length using the tri-hole slider located on the cord
4. With the Cool Bag securely attached, make sure the zipper is fully closed before going out on the water

Secure your Dry Pouch to just about anything by either threading a strap or belt through the daisy chains, or securing the velcro straps around something like a carry handle or cargo bungee.
